Best possible location for the Duomo and all sights in Florence. Cheap and cheerful, if you want the Hilton book it but if you are happy with a comfy bed and clean room in a central location you can't find better

Lovely staff!

Highly recommend this hotel - the central location is perfect for a short break in Florence. The decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are clean, the coffee is good and the staff are absolutely lovely.

Centrally located and dated but clean decor.

Pros: Quite spacious, cleaned often
Cons: Controlling the room temperature was a challenge with the rattling overhead fan. Redecorate/rewire would improve it. Blonde lady at breakfast was rude
Location: Hard to find but central location
The family running the hotel are not very personable and quite defensive at times of disagreement. My special request was not honored despite booking months in advance and sending reminder emails in the lead up to the trip. Luckily, this turned out okay because I was flexible enough to agree to abandon it. There were numerous small, extra costs and charges not expected.

Il ne faut pas dire qu'il y a un parking. La voiture est prise par un garagiste et il faut la commander 1h avant. Il faut éviter les chambres 106 à 110 car trop de bruit avec la vaisselle dès 7h00 du matin. Hôtel très bien situé et calme la nuit.

Hotel mit den nötigen Basics, mitten in Florenz

Pros: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und sprechen perfekt englisch. Checkout sehr unkompliziert, Preis/Leistung für das Gebotene gut
Location: Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, etwas versteckt in einer Seitengasse. Sämtliche Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb von ~20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar
Wir waren 3 Nächte im De Lanzi, 2 Jungs in den 30ern auf Städtetrip. Wir hatten uns für das De Lanzi entschieden, weil es preislich gut angesetzt ist und sich Mitten in Florenz befindet. Man geht gefühlte 20 Schritte und steht vor dem Dom - und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Das Hotel war sauber, die Betten bequem (aber ein bisschen kurz vielleicht - wer über 180cm gross ist, wird Probleme haben) und die Einrichtung ausreichend. Alles ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, eine Grundlegende Renovation wäre sicherlich nicht verkehrt. Wer aber einfach nur ein günstiges Hotel sucht um dort schlafen zu können, ist im De Lanzi gut bedient. Vom Frühstück haben wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wir uns lieber mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten eingedeckt haben wenn wir unterwegs waren. Auch das TV-Programm haben wir nicht ausgetestet. Die Sanitäre Einrichtung funktioniert, wir hatten weder viel Strassenlärm noch besonders viel von anderen Zimmern mitgekriegt (unser Fenster zeigte auf einen Innenhof), es war also ruhig genug um schlafen zu können. Der Empfang ist 24h besetzt, man kann also jederzeit ein und aus. Manche bemängelten, dass man den Schlüssel abgeben muss wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Ich sehe da überhaupt kein Problem. Da der Empfang immer besetzt war, haben wir unseren Schlüssel jeweils sofort wieder erhalten, je nach Mitarbeiter mussten wir nichtmal unsere Zimmernummer nennen, da er uns bereits zuordnen konnte.

Loistava, keskeinen sijainti. Erittäin ystävällinen ja mukava henkilökunta. Siisti perushotelli. Lähellä myös loistavia ruokapaikkoja. Kirkonkellojen soitto kuului kyllä varsin hyvin huoneisiin. Hinta/laatusuhde mielestäni erittäin hyvä.
