This was our first trip to Italy, and this was the first hotel we stayed in during our journey. It’s just a short walk from the train station and is close to so many great sites and restaurants. It was easy to navigate the city from here. The room was clean and charming and the breakfast was perfect!

This hotel was nice for the short time we stayed. The rooms were pretty basic but clean. It was right in the center of town so it was a quick walk down the Main Street from the tram/train station. It was also a short distance away from the main tourist area. They offered a nice continental breakfast for $10 a person per day. Definitely suitable for quick breakfast before heading out on an excursion. The staff was very friendly and attentive and wanted to help with anything you may need. Only thing I would say is since the rooms are very basic there aren’t any hooks or shelves in the bathroom to place towels or toiletries, just the little space around the sink and hanging the towel on the shower curtain rod. No pictures or paintings either in the room, which isn’t really that big a deal. All in all a nice, comfortable stay for our 3 night getaway to Florence.

The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. 15 min walk to the metro.buses stop in front of hotel.ok buffet breakfast. good restaurant inside hotel.there are good small restaurants around the hotel.the only thing i did not like was the staff not very comunicable like good moning ,hey there is going to be a train strike tomorrow. you know things like would benefit the guest.

Our stay was very disappointing. Just before midnight, water started leaking from the ceiling in our room and quickly turned into a safety hazard. Reception initially told us to wait in the room, then suggested we might need to return once the leak was fixed, despite the room being unsafe. We had to pack our things and wait in the foyer until around 1:15 AM before finally being moved to another room only because a guest didn’t show up. The whole situation was handled poorly, left us stressed in the middle of the night, and they refused a refund for the inconvenience. Unsafe conditions and unprofessional management. I do not recommend this hotel.

The property was fairly close to all the major sites and the train station. The rooms are very small, but we didnt stay in them very long, shower-sleep, Nice bathroom w/shower and clean. Could walk to most everything so no real need for taxi. Tram was bout 5 blocks away which took us to day trips. We did not use the breakfast option, didnt look that great, similar to the cheap american hotel breakfasts.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Did not like the design of the shower with no door because water leaked out onto the floor in front of the toilet during each shower. Also the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work making it difficult to use my flat iron. Otherwise was pleased with this hotel!
