The hotel was beautiful and in a convenient location near the train station. We were right on the piazza but the room was quiet. It felt very private. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. My only issue was that the hotel was very difficult to find as the signage outside is very small and barely noticeable.

The property was excellent. Clean, quiet, easy access to the train station and very centrally located to the tourist spots. The breakfast was an american style breakfast buffet but high quality. Such a wonderful lovely hotel!! Friendly staff and a really nice breakfast. Great location and very walkable to a lot of shopping, restaurants, local amenities, and sight seeing features. We wish we could have stayed more than one night in Florence. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station and the Duomo, and right in front of Santa Maria Novella Church and square. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even giving us a hand when we left our luggage and headed out for a tour, which made things so easy. The room had everything I needed—water, slippers, bathrobes—and the bathroom amenities were great too. After sightseeing, I loved relaxing in the cozy lobby, which was really comfortable. If I come back to Florence, I’d definitely stay here again.
