Great location!

Lovely historic hotel in the perfect location for all the sites! Breakfast was solid, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The staff was fabulous and gave us a map upon check in that we used throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is very clean, great staff. The newer hotel room was lacking shelves in the bathroom and a safe and both were a bit of an inconvenience. Bed a bit hard. But overall good hotel, great location.

V convenient for the Tram (5 mins walk to nearest stop) and therefore the airport, Duomo and train station (10 mins walk). Nice little hotel, quaint and old in character. Breakfast ok, if a little basic (to be expected for its size); food shops and restaurants nearby. Staff speak English, so didn’t have to inflict my poor Italian on them! Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel; did the job

Hotel Guelfo Bianco is a beautiful property in first-rate shape and in a wonderful neighborhood. One can walk to all the major sights, and there is a nearby taxi rank.The staff was incredibly helpful and always welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything in it worked as it should. The breakfast was varied, tasty, and generous. Fantastic!

The entire staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. As it’s hard to park in Florence, they had my car picked up and brought to a garage and then returned to us when we left and the cost was fairly reasonable too. very convenient location with an easy walk to all the main sites and lots of restaurants.
