Second time staying here. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Had several great visits with family who live in the area and they all loved the view of the river. Kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Will stay here again!

This is a great location. We'd been doing a lot of driving and it was great to be able to park and walk to restaurants. The kitchen did seem well-equipped for cooking. The riverfront view is truly stunning, and chairs for relaxing on the deck were provided. We would definitley stay here again!

Location is fabulous. Watching the fishing and crab boats is fun. Loved the tide changes and watching the chicken exploring.Loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door. Plus the fabulous restaurants i very close waking distance.Also, received a text that we could check in much earlier because the unit was ready!

Anniversary get away

Property had spectacular view. Very clean. Couches were very uncomfortable and TV was horrible. Not convenient for cpap machines Key locks wouldn’t work to get key. Had to use door key pad each time. Water leaked down blinds when it rained. And each time I reached out to discuss issue I talked to somebody totally different. Won’t be staying at that location again.

Great location and lots of light

Worried about the bridge location but it was not a problem at all. Lots of windows, nice views. Great to step outdoors into the charming historic district. VACASA was not responsive to a problem at all when the freezer door handle fell,off. Other than that a great place to stay

We asked repeatedly in there were stairs required to enter the building. We were told several times that there were no stairs, BUT there were 4 stairs. That was a BIG ISSUE and we would not have rented the space if we had been given accurate information.

Quick stay

Location, stay and cleanliness were excellent. Had to call Vacasa for entry instructions, since none were received via text or email. Finally did get an email, but the entry instructions were incorrect. The entry code works on the door lock- Not the lock box to the left as instructed.

Centrally located. Neat, clean, orderly. Well stocked. We would come back. Key pad instructions say "on left". There are two wall mounted key pads on the left. Neither open. Turned out it was the key pad on the door above the door knob. Take a look at your entry instructions.

Great location in Old Town Florence. Great views on the water. Apartment needs a good cleaning, was super dusty and bedroom pillows were very dirty. Expected a bit more cleanliness for the price I paid.

Pleasant stay

Great location. So peaceful and beautiful looking out over the river watching boats glide by that we stayed in the unit doing nothing all one afternoon. But we also had a lot of fun visiting the cute shops and eating at wonderful spots in the old town area right next to our place. There is noise from bridge traffic but it soon became background sound and never bothered us.

Close to Town

Florence has an old downtown area with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. The rental is within steps of all the action. There is a lovely porch from which I could watch the tide go in and out and the sea birds in action. Even got to see the drawbridge go up several times. The rental was well appointed with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable for sitting and there are only 2 outdoor chairs to sit on the porch. I have relatives in Florence so 4 would have been nice, but I understand it is a rental for 2. The unit is behind a commercial business, so no neighbors on either side. The upstairs unit is quiet so it was like being in a single family home in the heart of downtown.

Lovely little oasis for a weekend getaway. Our stay was cozy and peaceful. We loved watching the river go by and the cute shopping and dining options just outside our door. We hope to come back!

Beautiful inside and out!

Everything was perfect! The view of the river and bridge is breathtaking. I am a light sleeper and did not hear bridge noise while I was asleep. I actually enjoyed hearing the gentle whoosh during the day. The location is extremely quiet which is great as it is for downtown. Great parking and we walked all over old town. The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was well stocked with all necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful introduction to Coastal Oregon

My husband and I stayed at this property to scout out locations where we could make our next home and this location did not disappoint!! We were very close walking distance to the Florence Old Town area and restaurants. Beautiful location, we hope to return again to the same location !!
