I picked to pay for my room at the property but they pre charged me so it was a pending charge on my card and then I had to pay in person. It was a pain in the butt and I have never had to deal with this before when choosing to pay at the property especially when I’m paying more to do pay when I get there. It was also very noisy outside making it hard to sleep. I also chose this property because I got VIP access and they didn’t do any of those benefits.

These rooms were nice and spacious and right in the heart of Florence which was a great location. However, don’t expect anything in terms of amenities besides a water dispenser and coffee machine.

Stay was amazing! Perfectly located across the piazza, where s there s ambiance, shops, dining options. The property itself is so adorable. My room was perfect. Check in process was seamless. Shoutout to Sara for being so great! Room was super clean. Spacious, had great amenities. I would definitely stay there again in Florence!

We drove into Piazza della Repubblica where the hotel is located. Valet parking by Florence Parking a unique experience as the key and car are handed over to a driver on arrival. (By the Apple store in the Piazza). Our car was returned on request all be it a little later than asked for. Communication with Florence parking was through the hotel on arrival and with WhatsApp text and call to arrange delivery on departure. On arrival the driver videoed the car all around so in case of damage it can be proved. I understood that is a requirement and leads me to believe they are very careful with the car! All in all it’s a good and safe procedure.

This place is one of the best experiences weve had with expedia rentals. Florence was great partly due to where we stayed. The staff was very helpful and pleast to work with. Everything worked out perfect.
