Only downside is EXTREMELY thin walls. Im suffering from hearing deficiency, however, we could hear whatever was happening, said or watched next room and corridor. Walls are made of literally nothing known as SOUND ISOLATION! Swimming pool outdoor is bot heated so just toe dipping, indoor jacuzzi just perfect after them long walks around Florence. Generally lovely hotel, but invest in some decent ear plugs if you're planning to stay there.

Room was clean and modern, however would call it a standard room not superior as was fairly small. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was good for the tram, station and walking into city centre. However it felt unsafe at times with drug dealing going on and drunk people. Didn’t pay extra for breakfast so can’t comment.

Hotel in great position for tram and train. Pool bar service excellent. Breakfast good selection. Inside bar lacks atmophere. Bar stools would help.

My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was a lovely way to cool off. The hotel is in a great location to get to and from the airport.(One tram ride) If you are travelling around Italy, the train station and bus stations are very close. Most attractions are within a walkable distance. The tours and experiences I booked had meeting places within a walkable distance also.

I loved everything about the hotel - it is incredible value for money, however the site claims that the rooms are soundproof, they are but, I could hear children screaming in the halls and other guests passing my room - luckily I didn’t hear anything past 10pm also the pool is great but my swim was ruined by two men smoking cigars at the edge of the pool as a wellness spa I found this pretty disgusting - they made no effort to stay in one area and stood right over me smoking.

Excellent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was comfy. Was about a 15 minute walk to the center of town however there was a tram stop right in front of the hotel that brings you to the academia. Used the pool often due to the heat wave. Would stay here again.

This hotel was great and in walking distance to all main areas and sights. It’s in a great location and a couple of minutes from the train station. There is also a tram stop right outside the hotel directly to the airport which takes 20 minutes but they get packed so allow plenty of time!!! Lovely modern clean rooms. Our room had a great view of the pool area which was lovely, clean and again modern. The breakfast was great with lots of choice in a lovely breakfast room and conservatory. All staff helpful and friendly!! Overall GREAT!!!

Overall, a high-quality hotel that delivered in regards to staff, location, breakfast and quiet rooms. Just behind the train station so easy to get to with the tram from the airport stopping right in front of the hotel making the journey from the airport £20 cheaper. Not bad. For those who prefer taking a taxi, cars are NOT allowed on the street which means you have to walk to the corner (about 100m). Not a big deal in nice weather, less pleasant during thunder storms. The breakfast offers every option you could possibly wish for with an Italian twist. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the spa facilities since massages and more are only offered between 3 and 8 pm which did not work for my schedule. The view from my balcony overlooked the pool with Florence boasting a fantastic serene side that is hard to imagine given the proximity to such a busy are. Will absolutely stay here again.
