Excellent welcome and overall experience

Pros: The overall, the staff especially.
Cons: The only thing to suggest is a tray for putting shower gel/ shampoo inside the shower. The wooden floor can also be easily ruined quite quickly.
After a 5 hours flight delay, my fiance and I arrived at this boutique hotel that I have chosen. There were not many reviews at the time and I gathered that it was a newly renovated hotel. The first feeling when we got there was very welcoming, staff was enthusiastic. The high ceiling decorations, the lifts, pictures on the wall, and the library on the top floor showed that the hotel put in quite some effort in decorating. When we got to the room (we had a superior room), it is not huge but just enough to be comfortable. You can see everything was brand new. All of our dinners were recommended by the staff and were all excellent recommendations. You tell them what you would like, and they will find it for you without a fuss. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely recommend it for my friends and family.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Nicht mal der Kühlschrank hat gesurrt. Zudem gab es eine Nespressomaschine. Leider nur mit 2 Kapseln pro Tag aber wir hatten noch Kapseln von zu Hause mitgenommen. Auch war die Minibar gratis.
