Elegant hotel to stay. The quality of food for breakfast is excellent. The breakfast manager, Estelyn was attentive to the guests. My family and I appreciated the hospitality. Thank you! Overall; we had a great stay. The only downside as the poor WiFi connection if we (family of four) shared the same WiFi.

High ceilings, excellent use of space for the rooms. Brilliant AC. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast for a four star hotel is superb. Make sure you include breakfast in your resos. Lovely options, and they serve freshly squeezed orange juice!! Us westerners know how expensive that alone can be. Quick service. Clean lobby. Nice lounge space. Perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Orto de Medici! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a lovely blend of charming and modern. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, providing something for everyone, pancakes, bacon, eggs, a variety of pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and even a bloodmary and mimosa bar!

Nice place to stay in Florence.

Lovely place to stay in Florence - though a little off the beaten path. Not too far from the Duomo or the Accademia, but about a 20m minute walk to the Arno and Uffizi. Nice breakfast buffet but best to get there on the early side for best selection.

Great overnight stay in Florence

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Florence! The hotel has a beautiful garden and is in a very safe neighborhood. It’s close to all notable sightseeing sites. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying there.

The conciere went above and beyond to help us find a taxi for a wedding we were going to in a very small town. She made not only our stay with them but also our entire stay in Italy special. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
