Fin liten leilighet med rustikk stil. To nydelige terasser med fantastisk utsikt. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertinne (Paola). Fikk veldig gode tips og rÄd pÄ det meste, deriblant bussforbindelser. Rolig omrÄde et lite stykke unna sentrum (I utgangspunkt gangavstand til sentrum men turen blir litt lengre og tar litt tid pÄ grunn av jernbanen). Gode og lettvinte bussforbindelser (egen billettapp) og mange gode (ekte italienske ) restauranter og kafeer samt mat-, vin- og andre butikker i gangavstand fra leligheten. Vi trivdes veldig godt hele vÄr to ukers opphold.

Fabulous Time at Terrace with a View

Came here for work/vacation. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Great if you need to use the buses for transport. Far enough away from the touristy area to give you an authentic experience. Paula is amazing and the view cannot be beat!

Lovely little apartment

we had a 4 day stay here. lovely little space and nice quiet location with easy access to the centre of Florence. Paola was a great host and gave us lots of tips on where to go and we loved how passionate she was about her city.The terraces are excellent but we were disappointed that there was only one sun lounger on the top terrace when the photos showed two, this meant we did not really use the top terrace. It should also be noted that there is no hot tub at this apartment as advertised. there was a constant electrical humming noise in the bedroom. It was not loud but at night it was noticeable so light sleepers might not like it.

A beautiful stay in Firenze

My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Amazing views from both terraces. The neighborhood was quiet but still had multiple restaurants/bars nearby. Easy 30 minute walk into the heart of Florence. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Would 100% recommend

Outstanding Florence Retreat

We arrived from Rome and was greet by Paola. She had a map ready and markings of how to make the best of our stay. Her place was spotless and well set for evening dinners or just a charcuterie after our day excursions. She is the epitome of Italian spirit, energy and their famous hospitality. We hugged her. Gorgeous views and many pictures of the Tuscan sunset.

The balcony views were wonderful. The location is perfect for those who want to be closed to the action but not stay in a quiet local neighborhood. Easy walk or bus ride to everything. The owners were very easy to work with. Gave great advice and a custom map of all of her recommendations

Quiet Rooftop with amazing views

Tip- take Bus#7 across from Train station in front of Burger King and McDonalds. Be careful of pick pockets I almost got robbed. Exit at orange sign (8 stops) Volta Ferraris 7 21 Stadium is close by so check schedule for games

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Loved my stay here. I stayed at several VRBO places in Italy over my 2 week vacation. This was by far my favorite. Off the beaten path of tourists, yet accessible to local sites of interest. The nearby cafes were great as well. The view was superb.

Great Firenze Neighborhood!

We arrived late one evening, and what a lovely welcome! Mama, Paolo, greeted us with such enthusiasm and warmth it took the "train lag" right out of us. Wonderful dinner recommendation and the the gelato recommendation was superb. Just very sad we were here for only one short night. It is definitely a great spot, quick to get anywhere, quiet neighborhood feel with amazing view from your terrace.... Recco to go to Fiesole was a great one as well, thanks Paolo! Will stay next time in town.

Amazing stay!

This was a beautiful place with the most incredible views!!! It just is hard to get taxi's to go into the city and it’s too far to walk. The mother of the owner checked me in and she was so kind and gave great recommendations to go and visit!

Beautiful Views. Great Location.

Great location with easy access to Florence via the bus system or walking. Beautiful terraces with amazing views of the city and Duomo! Very comfortable and peaceful home, just like coming home! Local bakery, coffee shop and restaurants were all wonderful and friendly.

Wonderful location with stunning views in the perfect corner of Florence

My husband, our daughter Avie and I stayed in Niccolo‘s place for five days. We were thrilled with how proximal the apartment was to everything including buses, and walking distance to bakeries, markets, football stadium, and just a short 20 minute walk to downtown Florence by the ponte vecchio. We made a day trip up to Fiesole which was worth it for the view alone. Working with Niccolo and Paula, his mother, was wonderful. They were very accommodating of our change in flight times, and make sure we had everything we needed, and even helped provide some insight as to what we could do that was local. Stop looking and book this!
