Great location and communication with proprietors. They were very helpful. Our room was clean, large and well stocked. My only issue was the room that our friends had. It was not set up like ours for the same price level. Their room was much smaller and the shower had no regular shower head, just a wand. I realize the rooms were built in a very old building but I wish they’d gotten a comparable room to ours. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni Suite impressed us with their attentiveness and warmth. Novella, Rinaldo, and Francesco went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and offered fantastic local insights. The location simply couldn't be beat – being so close to all the must-see sights made exploring Florence a breeze. I highly recommend this suite for a truly convenient and enjoyable stay.

I LOVED this property. I felt safe and comfortable. This was in a great location and walkable everywhere. Not the quietest but staff were so so friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. Definitely renting again.

Arrived a bit late and the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni waited and checked us in promptly. We were very excited to see the space, super spacious and windows that you open the shutters and Florence is all around you. Very authentic, very satisfying. At one point we lost our key after hours and they arranged a new one immediately. That was a huge relief. Only issue was getting wifi in order. It can be a bit slow when the building is full and everyone is online. But that's not we're in Florence for : ) Perfect location, fantastic service, lovely space to stay.

Very spacious and great value

Excelent option in Florence at a very good price compared with other similar options. The manager was very helpfull and gave us his telephone number so he was available 24 hours a day. The place is beautiful and located in the center of Florence in a very nice place with good restaurants and shops at a walking distance. The room was very clean and very spacious for european standards. I will look to stay here if ever coming back to Florence.

The lady received us was very good, she gave us helpful recommendations. The brick wall and view were nice too. However the WiFi is one of those you can connect but never works. They gave us one card for the room but when we leave, the room disconnect its power, so nothing will get charged (you know what it means for travelers). We can also hear the people upstairs so loud and clear as if we got roommates

This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and modern. The rainfall shower in our bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the noise outside every night.

The room itself was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything you’d need to cook. It’s on a very quiet street but still walkable to everything in the city center. The people at check in were very friendly and helpful. If you are getting in later make sure to contact them since it is not like a normal hotel with a concierge there late night. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

The Apt was great and clean. It has a kitchen with pots, silverware, plates glasses, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine etc. Great view from the terrace. Very comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi. Walkable to all museums and restaurants. The check in was as scheduled and friendly. A great place to come back.

My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine.
