The Good:
Good, central location
Good security
Building has an elevator for up to 3 people.
There’s a nice enclosed balcony with a table and chairs; can be used for eating or doing work.
Lots of towels
The Bad (not a big deal, but some people may care):
The apartment looks into a courtyard, which is nice, but you don’t get any views of the street or city.
Make sure you know and have the exact city tax you owe in cash because they won’t give you change.
You only get one set of keys (we asked for more at check-in), so our group of 5 had to coordinate getting back into the apartment.
After we checked in we noticed some small dirty areas like a nightstand with food crumbs and coffee spills.
As advertised, it’s just 1 bathroom, probably works for a max of 4 people.
Not enough bed pillows (1 per person). There was an extra pillow in a closet, but we couldn’t find a pillow cover for it.
There’s no shelf or nook in the shower to put soap, etc.
Not many paper products supplied (very little toilet paper and no paper towels).
