The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, at the time, this was the only hotel in Florence that included breakfast. Because they don't allow entrance through the rear doors, it is a little out of your way to get to the hot tub. I don't care for the 5000K lighting used throughout; I prefer soft white 3000K.

Everything was great except the child that decided to start screaming in the hallway at 7 in the morning. The hotel was great, staff was amazing but some of the guest need to be more respectful of others.
