Fine

Clean, central location, close to bars and restaurants. No glasses and hangers for towels. It was cold inside but AC was only for cooling so it was not very comfortable as the weather was rainy. Nice big terrace in Ivory room.

Room was clean, good size, and location is really good. Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not working and we needed to go up to the 3rd floor with luggage (73 stairs), very inconvenient for our situation.

Nice stay for a 3 night trip in Florence. Great location within walking distance to the Duomo and other main attractions, 20 min walk to the main train station. Aesthetically the room was great, gorgeous high ceilings and modern bathroom. However it lacked some practical elements. There was no towel rail or anywhere to hang a hand towel and larger towels. This seems like an easy fix to install some hooks on the walls or back of doors etc. Cupboard could use some more hangers. Check in is at a separate location a few minutes walk away. Room is then on the third floor and there isn't an elevator for guests. Wasn't a problem for us and we managed okay with two large suitcases so just something to keep in mind. There is no daily housekeeping, but new towels and spare toilet paper are kept outside in the communal entryway. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. You hear a lot of street noise even being on the third floor.

Really central location, very comfortable bed and spacious room. There was a big wardrobe and the mini fridge was really useful for keeping water cool. I read a review saying there wasn’t any soap or anywhere to hang your towels but we had soap and shower gel provided in the room as well as a hook for towels to dry.

Central location, close to tourist sites. On bus line for train, laundry across the street, close to grocery, and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfy but the floor was dirty. The bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked. There were no shelves to put anything any where.

The room was nice and clean and felt newly built. The location puts one within walking distance of most touristy places esp near the duomo. However, few things to highlight - there is an extra charge for late checkin, no elevator access, washroom is not equipped with basic things such as rails for hanging hand towels, clothes, no cup holder for toothbrush.

Good points: location, spacious room, comfortable bed. Bad points: noise from traffic at night, up until 2 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, avoid. Ask for a room on the courtyard rather than the street. No hanging rail for towels, no vanity unit in the bathroom, no chair/armchair, no 24h check-in facility, no coffee, tea, even kettle, no staff on site.

It is a walk up, there is a lift in the building but not for guest. If you are traveling with big luggages, prepare to carry them yourself. Everything else met our expectation. Location is great too.

It looked like a newer property that was not totally set up for receiving visitors: there were no hangers for a hand towel in the bathroom, there was no hand soap provided either. There was a note in the room that asked for guests to make sure everything was functional (water was running, towels available, toilet flushes) which we felt should have been done by the staff.

Authentic Italian Experience

Beautiful room in a great location. It was tricky getting the keys: Reception is in a different building, and you have to pay $30 extra if you can't check in between 10-6. 73 steps to the room, so if you have kids or a lot of luggage, this isn't for you. Also, the hall lights in the stair/hall are dim and motion activated. I stopped for a minute to adjust my luggage and it went completely, can't see my face in front of my hands black: I broke out the flashlight on my iphone.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, es un edificio antiguo, muy cercano a la plaza del duomo, y la habitación está totalmente reformada y es muy amplia. Lo malo es que está en un 4 piso...hay un ascensor que es privado y no se puede usar, por lo que subir con equipaje se hace pesado. Además para hacer el check-in hay que ir a otro establecimiento que no está lejos pero es engorroso y las horas para hacerlo sin coste adicional son muy justas.

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno nella White Room è stato deludente. Sapevamo già che la struttura si trovava al quarto piano senza ascensore, ma affrontare la salita con carrozzina e valigie è stato davvero scomodo. Il vero problema, però, è stata la stanza stessa. Abbiamo trovato un’invasione di zanzare, senza alcuna precauzione come zanzariere o dispositivi anti-zanzare. Ci hanno però portato uno spray. Inoltre, la pulizia non è compresa: la stanza non viene pulita e non sono nemmeno disponibili scope o altri strumenti per farlo autonomamente. Quando il nostro bambino ha vomitato, ci siamo resi conto che non avevamo un cambio lenzuola a disposizione. Il bagno è privo di appendini, il che rende difficile organizzare asciugamani o vestiti, e il rubinetto del bidet era rotto, causando perdite d’acqua ovunque. Aspetto positivo è la posizione centrale, comoda per visitare Firenze, ma col senno di poi avremmo scelto un’altra soluzione.

Chambre sans chauffage !!

Il aurait été utile de préciser que l’ascenseur était privé et que nous devions monter les valises par l’escalier sur 3 étages. Et notre chambre n’avait aucun chauffage fonctionnel en plein hiver. Sejour horrible donc à déconseiller vivement !

La habitación muy bien. Espaciosa y limpia.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Era espaciosa y estaba limpia. Siempre había toallas y papel en el pasillo para coger en caso d necesitarlo. Lo malo es que no había ascensor y era un tercer piso y sobretodo que más allá de las 6 de la tarde (da igual las causas) lo consideran un late check in y te cobran 30 euros.
