Clean room, good staff. Arrive early to complimentary breakfast because they ran out of eggs and sausage. But they still had pancakes, toast, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very courteous , but the room was pretty worn out. We could not get the TV to work, didn't as because it was late evening. Was told the next morning that the cable was out in the area. Was not offered credit off our room, we had paid extra to upgrade our room.

The room did seem neglected and had bad looking carpet stains. The heater in the room did not work but the staff member came quickly to resolve it. The staff treated us great and was very courteous and accommodating but it's not a $200 a night room. Very oitdated.

Room was clean and had no issues. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Only downside was WiFi access. Our room was at end of building and WiFi would only periodically connect. Assume was due to being at end of building where signal was weakest.
