This is a truly top shelf vacation rental. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. The apartment is beautiful, serviceable, clean, conveniently located and well equipped. Great location. Stairs were difficult to negotiate with luggage. Property was very clean and organized. Chairs in dining room were not comfortable to sit in and the couch and armchair were not very comfortable.

This apartment was in the perfect location, just south of the Arno river on the less touristy part of Florence. It was clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus Marusca was kind enough to leave us a bottle of local wine! Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment on the river

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the river was incredible and the apartment was well furnished. Location wise, it was very easy to walk to the major attractions but was far enough away that it wasn't overrun with people. There is a nice park just down the road that we took our kid to every day.
