wonderfully central

if you want to sightsee in Florence then this hotel is in one of the best locations. All the prime museums, galleries etc seem to be at most 10 minutes walk away, most less. Staff were welcoming, and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is the flight of stairs to negotiate to reach reception, although there was a lift halfway up. Stairs seem to a fact of life in Florence though - just something to know if you're not so fit and able and intending to visit Florence.

parfait

Très belle prestation. Il faut cependant avoir à l'esprit qu'il faut monter un étage avant d'accéder à l’ascenseur ce qui peut poser problème pour une personne âgée ou à mobilité réduite. Pas de problème pour les bagages qui seront pris en charge sur la rue par le personnel de l’hôtel.
