We had a wonderful stay in Florence! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind, making everything easy from check-in to departure. The property itself was very spacious, which made it especially comfortable for our stay. It was also spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed readily available. Beautiful apartment in a great location!! We were visiting from US to see our daughter who is studying abroad at LdM and this location was perfect! Short walk to everywhere we needed to go. Not too many stairs to carry luggage up. Everything was clean and ready for us. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was more than enough space for us. Such a charming vibe--The little balcony was my favorite spot! We had everything we needed and hosts were very quick to respond to messages. We did not cook in the apartment (too many amazing restaurants!!), but the kitchen had everything one would need. If I get the pleasure of returning, I would stay here again. Thank you!!

Very spacious and well equipped apartment with large dining area and a small balcony. Right next to bus stop if you are taking the bus to/from main train terminal. Comfortable beds. Heating was easy to adjust. Convenient washing machine and drying rack. Everything was as described. One the first level so there is a short flight of stairs.

Host was great. Showed us how to make coffee in a Bialetto and even brought us a bigger pot and some coffee. Location was fantastic. Only suggestion I would have was to have a TV that had Netflix and / or Amazon Prime built in so foreign guests can login and get shows in their native language. Overall great flat!!

The property was as expected. The only issue we had was that there was listed a dryer in the apt, but were unable to either find it or if the washer was a dryer too, we couldn’t figure it out. We ended up going two blocks away to a laundromat.

The apartment is spacious for 2 people. The Host were great and replied to any email quickly. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere we went. Except to the vineyards, but we were able to walk to our meeting location. It was nice having the balcony too!
