The hotel is located at walking distance to major landmarks in Florence which is pretty convenience. We had excellent customer service and we really enjoy our 2 day stay in Florence! The breakfast bar was also outstanding. We really love this hotel and we’ll come back.

Our stay in the Market Urban Hotel was absolutely amazing. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and is a perfect starting point for going around the city. The surrounds get quite busy though so be prepared to dodge your way through the foot traffic. It's a small hotel so we were quite surprised by the good size of our room. The breakfast spread was adequate but what it lacked in choices was made up for by the amazing service! Special mention to the kitchen and dining staff: Jessica, Nika, Jem and Carla...there were no pan-de-sals but they made us feel at home!

The hotel is very close to the train station. So if you travel via train with luggages, the location is a plus. The spaces are smaller than other hotels we stayed in the city including room and breakfast area. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good.

It is located 5 minutes away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and most attractions and many restaurants were easily walkable. Breakfast buffet was delicious served by exceptionally attentive and friendly staffs, Leian and Mia. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.
