Both homes are dog-friendly with prior approval:

$30/day per dog

$250 refundable pet deposit

Max 2 dogs per stay

Weight limits: 45 lbs (main home), 40 lbs (cottage)

No drooling or excessive shedding breeds

No pets on beds or furniture

Leashes required outdoors

ESA animals are not exempt from pet fees; service animals are exempt



SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside either home.

A $300 fee applies if smoke is detected.



TRASH

Trash bins for both homes are located in the alley behind the adjacent house, accessible through the back gate of Rosemont House.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee, based on availability.
