The room was okay. But there was so much noise from the people around I could not sleep. When asking for anothe room. They say they a fully booked but when looking at the website and on hotels.com it was no problem booking another room.

Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious!

Room in very bad condition. Moisture in the bathroom. Lost hours of sleep when the air conditioning system started making a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Lost precious vacation time waiting for the staff to come evaluate the issue the next morning. Breakfast is subpar for an hotel in this price range. Overall, the quality-price ratio was poor for what we experienced.
