Overall good but family room a little small. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Had to ask for extra towels as not enough (1 bath mat, 2 hand towels & 3 bath towels/sheets). Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay though.

Great as a stop on the way to Europe

Pros: Breakfast, pet friendly, location and price
Cons: Heating in our room but this was a one off as during our other visits room heat ok.
Location: Only passing through but there is a Tesco just across the road with 24hr fuel and Domino pizza will deliver to the hotel
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last couple of weeks and I normally give it five stars but this visit could only manage a four as the shower was quite poor and the room was very cold even with the heater on. Apart from that great as ever,; good breakfast, improved flat screen TVs and this hotel is pet friendly. Reasonably priced rooms and with breakfast included no wonder it always seems to be busy. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. We will be staying again and as we noticed that they had started to refurbish the third floor we will look forward to an even better experience.

This hotel really caters to customers who want a "place to stay". The accommodation is spacious enough especially the bathroom. Above all, the corridors and the rooms were well lit. Overall, the guest would have what they needed minus the "pretensions". The focus was really functional and by the end of the day, guests who are not looking for an "experience" by staying in a hotel, would find this hotel worth the price.
