Nicely kept place with a nice kitchen and screened balcony. Nice decor. Prepare for vehicle parking and don't plan on getting in early if you arrive early. Extra blankets in rooms would have been better.

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, clean, amazing location and sunset views on the water. We're already planning our next trip to Folly. 10/10 would stay here again!

This property was amazing. Situated close to Folly Beach with water views and within walking distance to the shops/restaurants. The townhouse itself was large and well kept. Easy access to the pool and dock. I would highly recommend this place.

Good condo - ridiculous fees

The condo is 10 minute walk to the beach. Over-all the space was very nice: kichean well stocked, beach towels and chairs available. View from the back deck is geeat -even saw dolphins in the river! Beware that your final cost will DOUBLE once fees and taxes are tacked on to the cost. This the reason for the rating and NOT for the condo itself.

The views were fantastic. We saw dolphins most days. It was so nice being close to the beach & restaurants. We were 4 ladies in our 60’s & enjoyed all the space. A great place to start the day & head into Charleston & do Plantation tours.

Perfect location

Absolutely amazing location, views, and home. We were able to take short walks to the beach everyday, and see dolphins off of the deck everyday. We all had plenty of space, and was perfect for what our plans were.

We were very pleased. The view is AMAZING! Definitely enough room to spread out for our family ( 2 adults, 16yo, 12yo). Thank you for sharing your house with us! We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful view, and close to all the action-- yet feels quiet and secluded.

Very nice property overall, primarily due to location. Can't beat the view from the any of the porches (3), but the porch adjoioning the living room was the best. A little muggy out there, but the ceiling fan made it comfortable out there, and it is completely screened in so really no problem there with mosquitos.Property is only a 10-minute walk to the beach, overlooks the bay, and is immediately adjacent to the neighborhood pool. 5-minute walk to Center street, and all of the nightlife and activities that Folly Beach has to offer. We did lots of biking and hiking in the nearby parks. 10-minute drive to Harris-Teter, Food Lion, and Walmart, so no need to bring a lot of food from home. Kitchen well-stocked with all utensils one would want or need. Beach chairs, bicycles, grills, etc all available in the garage. Fishing, crabbing from the dock that is just a few steps from the unit. Nice bedrooms, and huge walk-in closet in Master. It rained everyday the week we were there-- quite a bummer! Had it not been for the nice house, our week really would have been ruined. Only suggestion would be to install heavier drapes in the master bedroom. The ones currently in place do not block out the light, making it difficult to sleep anytime after sunrise.....

Folly Beach wedding/honeymoon

Overall trip was fine, except the property manager took it upon herself to have our truck towed very early on Monday morning, while were at the beach, and just a couple hours before we were due to pick up family from the airport . Luckily, we are very resourceful and tracked down the missing truck....no thanks to useless property manager, who, by the way, never returned our phone callls and had calls going straight to the inbox, rather than picking them up. Ridiculous service on that end, so next time in Folly our money will be better spent with another company.

Another great trip to Folly

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We almost always stay in the Waters Edge community as we love its location and short gold cart rides or walk to the beach or town. The unit was in great condition and you literally can’t beat the sunset view from the screened in porch. I would highly recommend this unit!

Folly Beach fun!

Enjoyed our stay at this very clean and nicely decorated home on the river. We had everything we needed and a great location to downtown Folly Beach. The bedrooms were set up nicely for three different families with bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a fun week.
