9 college friends, some of whom hadn't seen each other in 30 years, got together to spend time together. We ate a lot and laughed even more. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of space, the location was perfect, and who could ask for a better view? There were a few logistics that could have been better; some of the expected and advertised amenities were not exactly up to par. Check out instructions were contradictory between what was posted in the house and what was sent via text. I had some early communication issues with the property management but the local managers were communicated timely. The outside garbage cans were fairly full when we arrived. By the time we took garbage out on Sunday night it was nearly overflowing. There were only 2 additional garbage bags in the house. We had to purchase a couple of items for the house that should have been available - namely forks (there were not enough for the number of guests in our group (9) and clearly not the number advertised. Also, we had to purchase propane to use the grill which clearly had not been touched or tested in quite some time. Two of the guys got quite a bit of grease and old propane on their clothes wrestling it out of the grill. A couple of extra dish towels would have been helpful. Other than that, dishware, cups and cookware were plentiful. Lots of books to read. There were a few games. Having access to the third garage bay would have been nice.
