The property was beautiful, steps from the beach and accommodated our group very well. It was quiet, which we loved.. but it was also close enough for a lovely walk into town or a golf cart ride. Would totally stay here again!! My only two minor qualms were 1) it would be fabulous if there were beach towels and throw blankets for the living room (I know it was communicated there wouldn’t be beach towels.. but seems like an easy “fix”/amenity) and 2) the place was very clean but it appeared like the oven was missed as there was still a pan with food on it when we arrived and went to use it. I also wished the back deck area had been sprayed down for us. Otherwise it was perfect!

We had a great stay at the Folly Peach and plan to stay here again. We had a great Thanksgiving week, and the house easily accommodated my wife and I, our three adult children and their spouses and 5 grandkids. A very short stoll to the beach and walkable to downtown Folly and a playground area. Beach chairs and a gas grill are provided which are nice amenities. The pool table room in the basement was a nice surprise, and there's plenty of room in the basement/garage area for young children to play in if its raining outside. Overall great house and location!

Enjoyed our stay. We know Folly well, and this house was in a perfect location for us, quiet neighborhood, and a straight shot, just 2 rows down the 10th St. to the beach via public access. We'd rent this house again.

Great location, walking distance to beach. Beautiful home with 4 spacious bedrooms, large kitchen for family gathering, large fenced in backyard. Will definitely rent this home again. The "owl's nest" on top level had a great view of Folly Beach and was great for watching the sunrise.

Long weekend getaway

Five friends from high school for together for an annual reunion and The Folly Peach did not disappoint! It had everything we needed and plenty of space. My Ocean Rental was very responsive to all issues that came up due to an island wide power outage. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Best house ever!!

We’ve rented this beach house on several occasions, and it continues to be one of our absolute favorites! It’s by far one of the most well-stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in—every detail is thoughtfully considered. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to everything Folly has to offer. The layout is perfect for our large family, giving everyone space to relax while still feeling connected. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for maintaining such a wonderful home—we will definitely be back again!

This property was incredible! It’s better than the pictures! The location is amazing. It’s quiet area and the uncrowded beach made the stay even better. The House was so spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the older charm of the house. The windows and the moldings were spectacular. The number of bedrooms were perfect. An absolute hidden gem

We were in town for a soccer tournament and rented this home with a couple other families. It was the ideal home in that it offered plenty of room and spaces for people to spread out. It is beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully stocked, and the check-in process was seamless. The location to the beach is a 3 min walk. We highly recommend this home and the pictures do it no justice, as it's much better in person. We have already decided to book again and bring our family back for a vacation. Also, this home is located in a quiet residential area so it's ideal for families! Bring your golf cart if you have one, as Folly Beach is ideal for one!

We came down with our family (4 kids + 2 grandparents) for a graduation at The Citadel and had an amazing stay. The listing is accurate, if anything the property presents better in person than in the photos. The 12 foot ceilings make a large house feel even more spacious. The kitchen is nicely equipped (compared to other VRBO's we have stayed in which are VERY basic) and the furniture is a higher quality than we expected. We were very pleased. The beach is close by, a very easy walk with towels and chairs. There is a pool table in the basement which everyone enjoyed, plus its air conditioned down there which we didn't expect. Communication with the property manager was excellent and lovely. Cleanliness was excellent. We really enjoyed this property and would recommend it.

Wonderful location! The Folly Peach is an absolute gem. So close to the beach with all the joys of Folly nearby to help you relax into your vacation. The house is HUGE... bring friends. Huge living and socializing areas. The front and back deck are *chef's kiss* #muah. This is a house for entertaining and spending time with a large family and / or friends. A pool table, third floor overlook, TVs everywhere and spaces to simply unwind and relax. It's a wonderful place to be with others. With all the positives, it has clearly been a place where family/friends have convened. Some things could use a refresh - a coat of paint and a check in with the appliances would bring this gem back to its best life. This is a house managed by a service, not a host, so don't expect the small personal details to be there. However, the folks managing the property were DYNAMITE and communication was nothing less that exemplary. Beds are suuuuper soft (a plus in my book, not necessarily in others).
