The property itself is great. You can tell it's been remodeled at some point, and for the most part they did a good job. There's some minor issues that need attention, like the kitchen faucet soap dispenser, and the retractable facucet head that doesn't stay put.
The kitchen trash can automatic lid doesn't work, and needs replacing. Other than that everything was great. The views are wonderful, and the complex in general is a great location and very quiet.
Vacasa is the group that manages this property and they left a little to be desired. There communication is plentiful through text, but reaching on the phone is difficult, and there is an obvious language barrier at times. Everyone was friendly, but you aren't speaking with someone local. The main issue we had was the code to enter the unit. We were give a 10 digit phone number multiple times as the code instead of the 4 digit code the door actually required. I NEVER actually received the code, I just happened to figure it out. When you can't check in early, and you have to, "purchase", a late check out, you want to maximize your time at the actual until when you're only staying 2 nights. The hour plus delay, and Vacasa NEVER actually sending me the correct code caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration.
