The place is located brilliantly for New Forest access. Nice town, nice house. The listing shows 4pm check in time, this was changed to 7pm after we arrivedon time with small children. Were told to go to local pub. We paid full price for that day. Communication was hard and delayed, we were offered a free nights stay but were ghosted after checkout.

Great place to stay. Host was very helpful getting the place ready for check in last minute on a bank holiday. High street has all the essentials. We stayed during a heat wave so could have used a fan as it got very hot upstairs. Single beds were comfy. Double bed and sofa are a bit tired we thought. Parking was just round the corner and the host provided a parking clock so it was free. Water pressure / internet excellent. Great base to explore the area / coast. Kids especially loved Moors Valley Park on their bikes.
