The 4-suites villa is a new built villa. The main difference between one and the other is its façade colour and also a very similar but different distribution each of them.
The building and distribution of this villa, even its details, were though as a typical Formentera villa…its wide walls that perfectly maintain the inside temperature, its double chimney as a central axis of the living room, its orientation and distribution, and also its small details as the inside lights and the bathrooms windows, will make you feel the authentic Formentera, with the best quality.
Its main characteristics are:
200 m² Built area, in land of 600 m2 – 4 double bedrooms – 1 double sofa-bed – 3 complete bathrooms with shower/tub
Amenities:
– Completely new villa (built in 2007).
– Supplies (urban area): water and electricity.
– LCD TV and satellite.
– Safe in the bedrooms.
– Independent Air Conditioned/ Heating pump in each room.
– Chimney.
– Barbacue.
– Siemens electrical appliances in the kitchen (induction, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave).
– Laundry with Siemens washing machine and dryer.
