Very dog friendly

Very nice stopover along the autobahn. Extremely dog friendly, with a dedicated dog pen in the back, and more private parking behind the property. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom in good condition.

The bed under the blanket had a rubber cover which made a very unpleasant sound whenever we made any move in the bed. In this way the sound kept each other awake.

Poor maintenance.

Hotel was ok but next to a busy motorway . It was clean just needs a bit of a revamp as carpets are heavily stained, lightbulbs not replaced, banging doors and just general poor maintenence in places. Also at check in i had to show my passport and this was snatched out my hand by a very rude receptionist, i didnt feel the valued customer and i wont be going back.

Serways cheap and convenient.

The hotel is located off the motorway and is part of the service station. Therefor, access to restaurants and a fast food bar is conveniently located. Upon arrival I had difficulty finding reception because it was part of a cafe. Check in was not smooth because I was given a room that had not been cleaned; however, that was rectified although it did require a second visit to the cafe/reception. If you're looking for accommodation to rest for the night, it's clean, conveniently positioned and surprisingly quite.

Easy parking

Pleasant friendly staff. Downside WiFi wasn’t working! The worrying part of our stay was when a woman opened our locked door at around 22.30 pm whilst we were in bed this also happened to another guest! Had we not been in the room at the time our personal belongings could of been taken. The staff were good & apologetic but how could another keycard open our door?

Worth finding

Finding the hotel in the autobahn rest area site was a little bit hard. It all became obvious after a good look. The area was difficult to see around due to the large amount of trucks acting as sight screens.The check in at reception was straightforward once having found reception. After what seemed to be a shaky start the room was a very pleasant surprise. Now knowing what to expect I would not hesitate to stay at another Serways.

Quiet hotel right on the Autobahn.

We needed to be in Bruchsal for 2 days. Could not find an available place in Bruchsal. Glad we found Serways Hotel. Convenient, Restaurants on premises. Clean room and bath. The air conditioning was working great. Hotel well insulated, we could not hear the noise from the Autobahn. We would stay there again.

it is in a rest stop, next to a burger kind. it must be popular as it was booked out though we paid to stay there. hope we get our refund.

A good place not ready for customers

We didn't stay because the computer facility which controlled all critical systems including air conditioning, key locks and so forth was not functioning properly. The manager closed the hotel shortly after we checked in. The desk clerk was helpful. This may become a good place to stop.

Sehr ruhig und unkompliziert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an Tankstelle und Raststätte. Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten Abend und auch morgens in der Raststätte nicht passend.
