Rooms updated in all the ways the matter. There is some wear and tear in the property but in no ways that impacted my stay. Stayed in upstairs king room overlooking the harbor with great view. Walk to harbor a bit tricky as the path down to it needs some repairs.

Pleasant stay

The room was a bit tired, but well kept up and very clean. We enjoyed the balcony that our room had and the overstuffed loveseat that was in the room. We had a very pleasant stay there.

I arrived to check in and property manager could not figure out my reservation and how many days were reserved for my stay I was told different things and then the next day called to check out (rushed to office) VERY STRESSFUL!!! I was told that I was good for another day. Went to office. Was told everything was good after being told it was not and then again was told that I needed to check out. A lot of back and forth. They did not handle things very well and it ended up being a very stressful and inconvenient stay. Horrible communication and costumer service. I will not be staying there again.

Lovely desk staff, very helpful & nice. Noyo harbor is just down the hill, where there are several restaurants with fresh, delicious food, several beach accesses not far. The only issue where our room was, in the hallway, it was not quiet, there could be some painting of doorways & floorboards.

We liked the location which had a very nice view of the harbor and was close to restaurants. It was quiet but just off the main highway and convent. Accommodations were nice. Even though they didn’t include breakfast, there were a number breakfast items for purchase that could be heated in the room microwave. We would stay here again.
