This adorable 1936 home has been completely gutted and remodeled... all contents are brand new! It is the perfect home base in Fort Collins for extended stays! It is literally a 1 minute walk across the street to New Belgium's Flagship Brewery and a mere few minute walk to Odell's Flagship Brewery. Additionally the epicenter of old town less than a 10 minute walk. Both breweries have live music several evenings a week with open tasting rooms, with varying food trucks 7 days a week! Both NB and Odell's have many special events open to public throughout the year, such as Tour De Fat @ NB and Small Batch brewing and live music weekend.

The home has a brand new kitchen, arguably one of the most charming, functional Galley Kitchens you'll come across! All appliances are brand new and oven/range is natural gas! A separate Dinning Room with a full bath with tub/shower. There are 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen murphy bed and doubles as an office with a 42" LED TV to stream or apple cast work to. Living room is spacious with a 55" LED TV. Decor throughout a beautiful, tasteful Vintage Chic!

The laundry room has a new GE washer/dryer combo. The front yard firepit patio is spacious and enveloped by numerous huge mature trees. For folk desiring more privacy the backyard has a tiered patio with another offshoot patio on flagstone nestled between one of the odd dozen large shade trees that envelope the yard... yard is truly beautiful!

All services included.... Gigabit ISP/WiFi, trash and utilities. All linens provided and basic starter set of soap/s. Tankless Hot Water Heater, Forced air heating with new A/C will ensure a comfortable stay no matter the season. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Great host, great house, great location. This house is in a quiet neighborhood located just a couple minutes from old town. There are several great restaurants and bars within a 2 mile radius. Also Jeff is a great host and very accommodating. Would definitely rebook!
