The property is immaculate and beautiful. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owners was easy! Weâll be coming back in the fall for a football game.
Iâd definitely recommend staying here!!
My family and I stayed in the upper level of historic home while in Ft Collins for a family reunion. Harriet was very communicative and accommodated us as my sister asked to check in early. It is tastefully decorated and the master suite is very spacious with a patio great for coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. Hope to stay here again!
This house is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at during a vacation. We loved how well done the remodel of the house was that preserved the character of it as an older home but felt comfortable and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated that the bedding and towels were good quality. There was plenty of space for our group (4 adults, 2 young children) to not be cramped and enjoy spending time in the house. The location is in quick walking distance to lots of restaurants around the school and a short drive to the main downtown area with easy parking out back. Our only challenge was preventing our 1 year old from climbing the (many) stairs but we knew that going into our stay and was easily managed by blocking the stairwells. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Ft. Collins!
We stayed in the upper unit of this lovely historic home. We had the second and third floors, which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We had plenty of space, and the unit was well-furnished with everything we needed for a weekend of CSU Football fun. We like to walk wherever we can, and this property is centrally located between Old Town and the CSU campus, which was perfect for walking. It's also a block off of College Avenue, which helps reduce the night time traffic noise. The host (Harriet) was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely add this property to our list of favorites in Fort Collins!
We spent a few days in Ft. Collins after a wedding in Estes Park. This was a perfect place to relax and catch up with family members. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, the kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the front porch and backyard were great places to chill out. Off street parking was ample. It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to Old Town, easy walking. Harriet was great to work with and readily accommodated us when our plans changed. We've raved to our friends about it and would definitely stay there again!
This house was in the perfect location- close proximity to the CSU campus and Old Towne. Had enough space for us to spread out, but still maintained coziness. Harriet was prompt in communicating with us. Perfect place to get away!
Wonderful house conveniently located to Old Town & CSU
We rented the upper unit for our family of 3 and it worked perfectly. Convenient to have 2.5 bathrooms too. We loved easy walking access to Old Town shops and restaurants as well as a quick walk to the CSU campus. Late night / early morning trains disrupted our sleep, but that appears to be a Fort Collins community trait & not related to our location. Hope to come back for a visit in the future!
This house is in a great location with easy access to everything. Harriet is super easy to work with and very responsive. Our group all had a wonderful visit to Ft Collins. Canât go wrong with this property or Harriet!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the upper unit of the historic home. We were in Fort Collins for a week long softball tournament and it was wonderful to be able to return to a home with all the amenities stocked. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and short walks to the college, food, groceries and downtown. The communication with the owner Harriet is excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)
Our family stayed for 2 nights to visit campus and experience Ft. Collins. This property is ideally located. We were able to walk to everything from the college to the grocery store to Old Town fun. If our son decides to be a Ram, we will book this place again!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-maintained home. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy the deck as well as numerous easy walks to Old Town and the CSU campus. The property manager was very responsive and provided us everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.
Beautifully Remodeled Historic Home within Walking Distance to so much
We rented this house as our kids (10 and 12) had soccer games in the area, and the house exceeded our expectations given the age of the home b/c the owner has taken such great care in renovating this home to provide a gorgeous setting. The kitchen appliances alone will make you want to upgrade yours!! We wondered what it would be like given we were staying in the top 2 floors of this enormous home (as someone else lives in the bottom 2 floors), but it was not any problem at all. We didn't hear anything from the other resident. And the instructions on how to get in and use the easy keypad access were excellent, so we got right in with no problems at all. Harriet gave us some wonderful food and hiking suggestions, and they were all fantastic!! Would stay here again!
We loved this place! It was meticulously cleaned and maintained. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! Everything was very well thought out. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a great historic, but updated, property that is perfectly located close to CSU and Old Town. Great access to other Larimer County activities too. Would definitely book again.
The property was very clean and exactly as the listing said. Street and alley parking and is walking distance to campus, the bus, and downtown Fort Collins. The host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. They even left us a gift card to a restaurant downtown!
