The property itself was great, the room was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. Additionally, the majority of the staff were very helpful and great to work with. Unfortunately, there was a couple people that negatively affected our experience. A lady at the front desk was speaking to me on the day we checked in, and then she stopped for 2 full seconds, so naturally I assumed she was done. When I then raised a question that she had not addresses, she cut me off and said "I wasn't done speaking." That was incredibly rude, and to add on to that, she said my card couldn't be put on file because the system was down. Because of this, I would have to return later that day to put it down. I did, and everything went smoothly, but then I was charged an additional $300 to the normal fees. When I asked about this, the man was very helpful and assured me this was a mistake and refunded me, but I would be willing to bet that same woman was the one charging me extra. Other than her, the stay was great, and it is a shame I have to rate it negatively. However, if I had not been paying good attention to my bank account, I would have been robbed of $300. This alone is enough to leave a poor review.
