Convenient to the cruise port. Shuttle was easy to reserve. Did the online check in and expected to go right in, but still had to check in and give s credit card. Because the cc terminal was having issues our card wasn't going through and that caused our early checkin and room to be given to someone else who was checking in next to us. Received 2 queens instead of a king. The pool bar was a great area, but they didn't have a bottle opener, ran out of wine and didn't have tonic for a G&T. The staff in general were very nice and the room was clean, just a lot of outside car and planes could be heard.

This is a newer hotel, but definitely no frills. Maybe it was just our room but lights by the bed didn’t work and the air conditioner wouldn’t adjust. However, it was freezing in the room because of that. I would stay again and give it another chance
