Certain items on the food menu they did not have at all. Valet Parking style was ok but felt over priced. Room service only on request was not a big deal. Walking distance from the beach was nice. Room was a little dirty when we checked in. Body wash in shower was empty. Not the best hotel but I’m sure not the worse either.

The valet parking team was awesome was definitely a nice benefit. Very quiet and clean hotel walkable to the beach. The only thing that we didn't like was the bed, it was pretty uncomfortable for us, we left feeling very stiff and achy.

I liked the walking distance to the beach, the room was very clean, the front desk staff, the cleaning people were very cordial. I like that the pool was not too deep, my kids enjoyed it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. There is a pool and hot tub outside, small gym inside. Dinning options are available and match local restaurant prices. We loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. The hotel property is small, so you have to valet park which is about $39 per day. Feedback; linens, towels should be treated to remove stains, I had to ask for replacements. Tub was not clean to my liking there was body hair in it upon arrival. Floors needed more attention. Overall I would recommend.

terrible service of the service staff at breakfast. almost all the guests we saw had problems with payment, although breakfast was included in the price. also the kitchen refuses to cook some items from the menu without explaining the reasons. also the hotel is on the second coastline. the point on the map does not match the actual location.

Beautiful and clean hotel

All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn’t see it listed in the listing but parking is $40 a day. I don’t see the need for valet in this hotel but other than that our day was amazing.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Carlos was amazing. All of the suggestions he gave were great. We had an issue with our room but the staff did their best to make things right along with the GM. We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable although the beds are firm but we did not mind it.

I loved that every room had a balcony. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The water wasn’t the nicest due to seaweed, but it was decent enough. Beds felt cheap, and parking is $40/night. $10 Minutes to las olas Ubers from the area were reasonable.

Up to date building and excellent customer service. Great location and everything about this location was positive except for parking. We couldn’t park on hotel parking because their parking is underground parking garage located beneath the building. We drove a van and it was too tall to enter. There is absolutely no other parking on the area and this made it hard on us or otherwise this would have been given a 5 star review. Website doesn’t give parking garage limitations either, which would be very helpful.
