Welcome to our Beachside Retreat — two bright and comfortable studios just steps from Dania and Hollywood Beach!
Each studio is thoughtfully equipped with cozy beds, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and relaxing patios — perfect after a sunny beach day. Enjoy all the essentials: A/C, fast WiFi, smart TVs, and complimentary beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and towels).

Ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to six guests. Free parking for two cars is included, and a refundable $200 security deposit applies. Simple, relaxing, and perfectly walkable to the sand — your coastal getaway begins here! ?

Reservation Policies

1. Check-In:
Door codes are shared at 4:00 PM. Check-in is allowed between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Arrivals after 11 PM are not permitted, as this timeframe allows us to assist guests during our working hours (8 AM–12 AM).

2. Early/Late Requests:
Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability.

3. Deposit and Registration:
Door codes will not be provided until both the $200 incidental deposit and guest registration are completed.

4. Deposit Release:
Deposits are released 3–7 days after your original check-out date.

5. Complaints:
Any concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.

6. Departures:
All departures must be clearly communicated to us right after check-out so we can update availability and resolve any issues. If you leave early, please send an alteration request so unused nights can be refunded where applicable.

7. Reservation Changes:
All changes must be submitted before 10:00 AM each day. After that time, no modifications can be made due to app settings.

8. Early Departures:
If you need to leave earlier than planned, please submit an alteration request for approval.

9. Refunds:
No courtesy refunds are provided.

10. Full Refund Requests:
Guests requesting a full refund must prepare for immediate check-out. Please modify the reservation to reflect an early departure so we can approve unused nights and consider any applicable courtesy for spent nights.

11. Amenities and Cleanings:
Requests for extra amenities or additional cleanings must be made 24 hours in advance (between 4 PM–12 AM) and before 10 AM the following day.

Incidental Deposit Policy

A $200 incidental hold is required after booking. As a connected host using API software, we’re authorized to request this preventive fee to cover potential damages via a third-party platform.

If damages exceed the deposit amount, we’ll proceed through the Airbnb Resolution Center, where additional charges may apply or AirCover may be used.

Registration Policy

Registration is mandatory after booking.
Guests must submit valid IDs for all registered guests and verify the credit card on file.
Failure to complete both steps (deposit and registration) will result in cancellation without refund.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
