Great house with great neighborhood

We were traveling to Miami with 4 colleagues before our Sales Kick Off and found this house for us as we needed 4 beds for 4 people. As we arrived we were really surprised that the house was really great - much more than we expected. It was really clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was awesome, the beds were really good - better than a lot of beds in Hotels! Communication with Babs were very uncomplicated to CheckIn and CheckOut. The neighborhood was very clean, no wild parties at the houses around. Nothing to complain at all. Next time we would book this again if it would be available. I would recommend this at any time. Also when you are traveling with your family this could be a really great choice. Nice bars and restaurants around. Beach of Forg Lauderdale not to far away, supermarket around. So everything that you need in short distance. Thanks again to Babs for giving us the opportunity to stay at the house!

Best VRBO experience ever. I’m a former VRBO host and we always provided all the things that they did here. Nobody else does that let alone with such style and class. Everything is perfect. An entire array of dishes coffee cups, drinking glasses, cooking utensils and equipment. The list goes on and on. And the decor is phenomenal. Gorgeous outdoor area and pool. If I weren’t moving here, I’d definitely be back!!thanks Derek for a great VRBO experience.

Séjour formidable ! La maison est joliment décorée et avec goût , les procédures d’arrivée et de départ très simples.Maison très propre et fonctionnelle .Le jardin est magnifique , un havre de paix avec une belle verdure, la piscine est propre et très bien entretenue.Le quartier est très calme et sécurisé .Encore merci à Derek pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité et sa souplesse pour notre heure d’arrivee .Nous recommandons cette très belle maison et reviendrons avec grand plaisir, nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Relaxing retreat

The check in process was simple. Derek, the host, was very responsive and even helped us with some pool floats. The beds were extrextremely comfortable and the pool was consistently heated. Very walkable area, close to Wilton drive fun spots.

This was a wonderful experience. We typically stay in a highrise residencies on Ocean ave. This is now our new spot. Home was so comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. Pool and backyard was quaint and quiet. Perfectly situated for walking to food and entertainme t as well as 15 min drive to Los Alos Blvd for more options!! Communication by owner was exceptional..Top tier all around!!

As good as it gets

We stayed at this property for two weeks in April. It was fabulous! The home is arranged and layout perfectly – for entertaining a group of friends or just relaxing by yourself. All the amenities are topnotch - oven & stove, frig, bedding, towels, tv’s, beach chairs, grill, washer & dryer and everything within the bathrooms. The home sits on a very quiet street but yet is just a few blocks away from the nightlife of Wilton Manors. The pool and the coverage of the greenery around it makes it feel like a tropical lagoon. The owner / contact Derek was superb. Perfect place!

"Escape to Paradise"

The property is accurately reflected in the photos and is very clean. The kitchen is a well stocked and has a reasonably modern kitchen with updated appliances. There is both a sit at counter and a separate dining area. What we found to be a unique and wonderful plus is a screened in area with dining table and chairs, and access from the master bedroom and the dining area. It was a delightful space to have breakfast and lunch with protection from both sun and mosquitos. Other outdoor areas are also lovely with available shade, but the screened area is unique among the properties we looked at and one of us is a mosquito magnet. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The only reason I rated it only 4 stars in the location category is that we are avid golfers and and birdwatchers, and many of the places we were interested in visiting for these activities were a bit to the north (not so much for those activities in the immediate vicinity of Wilton Manor). But if you want to be in Wilton Manor, this property is a 5 star. It feels very private in spite of being located on a corner property. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions from the owner, who was very responsive to the one or two minor issues that arose during our 2 week stay. We would definitely consider another stay at here in the future.

Excellent place

The property was great. Beautiful house with tons of style and everything needed for a great time. Excellent pool and covered patio plus large screened porch. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. One bedroom did not have TV but there plenty elsewhere and host offered to bring an extra over. Tried to book for the next year but our dates were taken. A real find! Thank you.

Perfect Vacation

This was an excellent property for our needs. It was myself, two daughters and their two friends. The house accommodated us perfectly and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the outdoor pool and seating area. This is a very comfortable house with a private yard and pool on a quiet street, but still close enough to walk to Wilton Drive. The property manager is helpful and easy to reach. We stay in the area often; this is the always first property we check for availability. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about my stay here. The pictures match perfectly with the way the house looks. The host was responding back fast. He even got batteries delivered to the house. He also came and adjusted the pool temperature for us. The neighborhood is perfect and quiet. I loved everything and I would recommend staying at this property. I will be back soon.

A paradise and oasis all in one!

Had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Fabulous location, wonderfully peaceful, great neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The home has everything you could want, is spacious, well appointed, great pool, clean and beautifully presented. Cannot fault the comms from Derek, even extended our stay as we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be our go-to home whenever we are in town from the UK. Five stars doesn’t give it justice…. Needs to have a 6-star rating 😀

WONDERFUL!!!!

This property was fantastic. My family enjoyed their time. It was very clean, and just as pictured. It's in a great location, close to everything. The big grocery store is less then a mile away. Restaurants are right there, you can even walk to them. If my family is back in town, they will most definitely want to stay here again.
