This was a wonderful hotel that has more of a homely feel than a regular hotel. My family had a wonderful time staying here with the pool and the river right out of our window. The only downside was that at check-in, the staff was a little rude and they threw a $200 a night deposit for damages at me after I paid almost a grand for a week and an additional $170 for parking. Would have liked to see that on the post.

Very much appreciated the property’s responsiveness when we had an issue (AC wasn’t working). Sent technician at off hours for an overnight temp fix, then moved us to a new room when requested the next day.

When arriving for our weekend we were put into a room with construction going on and concert falling next to our balcony. We requested to move rooms and did not get the “same” room we reserved. As I was told the pictures of what is online may vary to what is actually given in the two bedroom suits. We started with a room that had a full table and chairs to then be moved into a room with no table at all . No rugs in the rooms and only 2 chairs in the living area. So not enough room for the 3 of us to sit down that we’re staying there. We called the desk while waiting on hold multiple times before we decided we needed to get ready for dinner reservations and didn’t have time to go back down to the front desk and move rooms again. We also called down the following day twice to get a hold of the desk to let them know the tv was not working . When expressing our feelings on paying 1400$ for a room that was not up to standards of what was shown because “rooms very but we did get moved to a 2 bedroom suite with a different layout” but not enough room for a table as shown in the picture or a couch for all of us to fit on. I received an email that they would only offer me a discount for the next stay . I will say the location was great along with the roof top pool and bar.

Beautiful property and walking distance to restaurants, bars/clubs, cafes etc. I stayed in the junior suite overlooking the river. View was amazing, however, the noise was too much. I could hear the train day and night all 3 nights I stayed. There was drilling downstairs 8am on a Saturday which was very annoying and I couldn’t sleep in after a night out. I believe I was supposed to get complimentary bottled water which I didn’t receive. It’s beautiful and great location but because of the noise level I will not return.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom river view room. It was perfect for my family of 5. Location, pool, and room were perfect. The front desk was helpful and fulfilled our room request for extra coffee and additional towels. We loved hanging out at the Wharf, pool, and being able to walk the strip of Las Olas. The vibe is more Airbnb than hotel but we loved it all the same.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The beds were very cozy and the amenities were very nice. The pool is warm and refreshing looking out over Ft. Lauderdale and there is a little cafe where you can order food by the pool. The hot tub was relaxing as well. The elevators sometimes took a while which was the only thing we came across. Overall great stay near many fun bars and restaurants and we slept very well!
