Staff was great. Shopping was close .Transfer from airport (FLL) was not great. We waited almost 2 (two) hour for pick up for a ride that was only 8 minutes away.The person told me after many calls that he never heard of the airline we were travelling on . In the end one female staff sent the driver to the right area. We were compensated with 2 day free breakfast during our stay. Overall a good hotel !

The hot water in the room isn't working and apparently didn't work 2 weeks ago when my parents were here. Also the tv only plays 1 channel and won't change. I will think twice about coming here again especially for the price.

It's a great hotel if you visit Ft Lauderdale and or are headed to the cruise port. Only comment would be the elevators are outdated. But overall great!

Comfortable hotel, great location.

Service from the shuttle that picked us up from the airport was fantastic. Check in was quick and efficient. Loved receiving texts to ask about our stay and if we needed anything. Service lacked with the restaurant service.
