THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BATHROOM FROM THE LAST GUEST, TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN, THERE WAS A PIPE LEAK IN THE BATHROOM. MATTRESS WAS UNCOMFORTABLE

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, Cause if you stay there you may get the plague, Got up to the Room opened the door and COCKROACHES starting running for cover, killed over 15-20 roaches before heading right down to the desk to tell them (they decided to Close the Office 15 minutes early) how convenient had to use a phone to reach them was told they had no other rooms and that I just had to deal with the Roaches....So we left, Took pictures and Video, Expedia tried to contact hotel for refund and they REFUSE to respond....Going to have to Take them to Court it looks like, SCAM FRAUD, and COCKROACHES !!! Got video of us leaving and turning in the keys right away...as evidence.....NASTY NASTY NASTY !!!!

For $140. Heck no

I called and said I’d arrive late and was told to just pick up the red phone and dial zero. I did exactly that and the man on the other end was seemingly annoyed, and I could barely understand him. Before I knew it, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back, there was no answer a couple of times. I was out there as a 40-year-old single female with my 10-year-old little boy alone and they were just the sketchiest humans walking by. After sometime, a man dressed in casual black came out and asked if I was the one that called, asked me to get my ID as he went to his car… He came back from his car, grabbed my ID and went into some employee door. I wanted to just leave. But he had my license. When he finally opened the door with paperwork, rudely, I asked if I could just refund this because I was extremely uneasy. The alleyway he had me in was dirty and creepy. Basically I was told no so I signed the paperwork and Went to the room assigned. The room smelled terrible, it was dirty, there was a layer of dust on most of the surfaces. There was sticky dirt all over the wall outlet, I wouldn’t dare even get in that shower. This was a terrible experience from customer service to cleanliness and I could never repeat it.
This sat right outside of the office. Seriously?

I previously rated this hotel as poor by mistake. Please note it was for my trip that was for the Ft. Lauderdale stay. It was poor. WoodSpring was excellent and helped me out tremendously. More so than your supervisor who I feel did not really try to help me find other accommodations. Very disappointed with hotels.com handling of my needs. 👎

We were waiting at the elevator and some guy was buying drugs off another guy all of a sudden we heard "aint nobody gonna rob you man" we couldnt close the elevator fast enough had to put charging block in my hand for just in cases. A bunch of drunks were playing music super super loud all night. We had 12 people in total with four per room and they complained we wanted more towels when they gave us two. Were complaining about how many room keys we wanted but again we had a whole group so they were needed. There was mold in shower no toilet paper and stained blood in the bathroom that looked like a hand print dripping down and scratching on the bathroom door.

This is not okay at all!!! I need resolution now!

I want someone to call me immediately about this. I have never received such bad service before in my life. After traveling all day with two small kids and having this reservation booked months ago, we arrived to the hotel just to be told that our reservation was canceled because of a flood and we were supposed to receive an email. The lady at the front desk did not offer to help us find a new place. She just simply said I’m sorry and told us to leave. We had two little children and four adults total we spent two hours calling hotels. The only place that had availability was a $6000 night Sweet. We were forced to go back to the airport and sleep in the airport with my two small children. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am going to contact my attorney to further resolve this if we do not come to an agreement to make this better. I am not sure what kind of third-party booking you guys are, but we thought Hotels.com was a trustworthy third-party booking website. I want an answer on this as soon as possible.
