IDEAL

My husband and I rented this house for a mini-vacation during February break with our adult daughter, her teenage foster daughter, and my teenage niece. The house was exactly as advertised - a spacious, clean, place with all modern conveniences, including a lovely pool (with a cascade of warm water) and lots of outdoor space. Part of the outdoor space was covered, which meant that some of the furniture stayed dry despite a nighttime rain. Lots of places to sit, a washer/dryer, ample towels (including beach towels), places to put your clothes and toiletries. The master suite bathroom was enormous. There were multiple TVs, including two on the deck. ACTIVITIES: Pompano Beach has many restaurants, drugstores, food markets, and other necessities. It also has a lovely beach with plenty of parking (beach is free; parking is inexpensive; the only thing that is not inexpensive is renting beach chairs and umbrellas). We also went to the Gumbo Lindo nature preserve, which everyone enjoyed. It’s about a half hour drive from the Ft Lauderdale airport.

Family Wedding vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Mimosa house. It perfectly accommodated our family of 4 adult couples. Communication with the owner was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great for getting to and from the wedding venue and Pompano Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and a better host.

An Amazing property and Amazing Host

My family and I wanted to surprise our parents for the Thanksgiving holiday. But we all wanted to stay in the same location that needed to be work space, relaxing space and space where young kids could be and have things to do. This property ticked all the boxes and then to add it was amazingly furnished and very beautiful. The serene vibe and chill ambiance was perfect. The host and I communicated prior to arriving and during our stay and he and his team are TOP NOTCH. I can't put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. I can say that we do plan on returning and being repeat guess.

Girls weekend

My girlfriends and I stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time! The location was great, the house and pool were lovely, and the home was very clean. My only criticism would be that the mattresses were not very comfortable, but other than that everything was fantastic
I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it for either a short or long stay!

Amazing stay!!!

The house was beautiful and spacious. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, but in one of the pictures I seen bunks bed i I didn’t see any. The back yard don’t get be started it’s was big and nice the poll was amazing,. The only problem was the back patio lights was not working. I did let the host know and he responded fast but it still didn’t work.

The house was utterly amazing. Absolutely beautiful inside but comfortable for our family of ten. Everything felt new and clean. The pool was convenient for the kids. It was our own oasis. Surrounded by lovely restaurants,short drive to beaches; could easily drive to Boca Raton. FT. Lauderdale and Miami!

This was a beautiful new house with high-end touches. The salt water pool was perfect and we really enjoyed it. There isn’t much to walk to in the neighborhood but it’s a short drive to restaurants, stores and the beach.

Almost everything was terrific. I contacted the property manager about a few minor details, but overall, everyone loved it. The saltwater pool was well enjoyed by all. Tons of space and even came equipped with more than expired (spices, outdoor games, plenty of towels for all five guests, even a built-in Alexa to get the tunes playing.) Deffinalty would go back!

Perfect Florida Home

We had a great stay at the house. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with a five month old, having a pack-n-play and high chair in the house made it that much better. We had a few questions along the way and they were very prompt in replying to us. We also had a cancelled flight in-bound and asked to extend our stay another day, which they were able to accommodate. There were plenty of grocery stores with in a few miles. The beach was about two miles away. Overall, fantastic house, great communication, and exactly what we needed to get our family together from three different parts of the country.

This house was exactly what the pictures showed on the listing. Very clean, the pool was wonderful and the check in and out process was very simple. There was a pack n play for our 1 year old to sleep and all the bedrooms had a bathroom!
