Aside from the check-in process I didn't have much interaction with staff. The room is very dark and musty the television didn't work at all the sink barely had water pressure there was no soap to be found anywhere in the room and the table that was in the room was about to fall off the wall. I did get to connect to the Wi-Fi however there was no internet . I was going to complain but it's obvious not much care happens here. I'm not mad the price probably reflects what my expectations should have been however I do feel it was misrepresented on the Expedia website.

Went to check in and had very unhappy guest saying that the A\C didn’t work and neither did the phone or TV. Whole place smelled like mold. We left. I didn’t ask for a refund, we walked a mile and a half with full luggage to another hotel and booked a room. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, especially someone on vacation

This place was horrible. It stank, everything was broken and dirty. There were holes on the walls. The bathroom was so disgusting. The outside was unsafe full of people smoking and making noise at 3am. The key didn’t work. They had to change it twice. When I was finally able to enter the room It was so horrible that I left 2 minutes after entering.

When I first tried to check in, I was told they had no rooms available. I showed them my reservation confirmation and suddenly they had a room. Went to the room and it was still occupied. Unmade beds, food and empty drink bottles on the table, dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately went back down to the office and asked for a refund and went to another hotel. I will never go to another Motel 6! And I’m still waiting on the refund! Staff was extremely unfriendly as well!
