I arrived at the hotel at 10pm off a flight and was informed that my reservation was cancelled. The person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. It seems they cancel Expedia reservations if they find customers who will pay more last minute. Being stranded in a strange place in the middle of the night is not a good experience.

Don’t waste your money here.

Honestly the pictures are in 2025, but the location is 2003. It’s so old, the walls were dirty, there was roaches overnight in the tub and bathroom floors. The bathroom was SO dirty. The bed board was broken from the bottom. We simply came to enjoy the beach and weather and since it was raining, we stayed in… and it was nasty. I paid $420 for 3 nights and it was terrible. There was AT LEAST, 5-6 bums in the area. Broken down cars… it was a NO for me.

Pictures Do Not Reflect Current Condition of Venue

While the price was decent, the Motel 6 Dania Beach pictures are misleading. The motel is not as pristine as the pictures will have you to believe. The hotel seems to have a lot of people that are long term residents. That is not necessarily a bad thing, however the vibe is not giving vacation stay.

WORST HOTEL EVER. ZERO STARS When I arrived at the facility it was about 3 am, I went to a window that had a slid through instead of talking with an actual person. I was given a room on the back side of the hotel on the first floor. The room was to far away from the wifi connection so i didn't have that. I was woken up by numerous dogs barking in the room above me at 5:45 am. When I did get up to use the bathroom I noticed the toilet roll hanger was missing (4"x4") hole in the wall. I asked to be moved to a different room and they moved me to the top front corner of the hotel. 20 minutes after changing rooms about 15 Brower County Sheriffs cars pulled into the parking lot to deal with an individual in the room below me. Then I realized the light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was closed and they did not say why (But honestly after what I saw in the rooms I wouldn't swim anyway). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! 0 STARS (Expedia requires at least one, they need to change that)
