The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We were charged a daily fee for parking and a resort fee. What a ripoff. I was never told about those charges in advance. I was quoted a price that wasn't even close. I will never use Hotels.com again and I will absolutely never stay at that crappy hotel again ever.

The staff at both the hotel and the beach cafe is wonderful! The 5 story bldg. is in need of updating. The hallway carpet is torn and the walls need new paint. THe beachside , adult only rooms were FABULOUS. I am glad we changed rooms! Thanks so much

Mold - tons of mold. Wasn’t evident at first except our daughter kept sneezing. Then at night the AC unit which they claimed was new kept cycling and filling the room with spores. We got so sick , coughing. Smelly clothes , others commented when we met friends for dinner. We then were transferred to another room which seemed ok, then we started to get sick again. Room was waterlogged. Damaged soaked furniture, moldy mattress. Walls water damaged. Completely unsafe & toxic. There were mold remediation companies working on one of the buildings and they mentioned to us how terrible the condition of the building we were in was. 3 trailers full of moldy drywall sat next to the pool with winds blowing. Staff was nice but they are limited to how they can help due to poor ownership and minimal upkeep making the hotel very unsafe c
