Right on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are free of charge. Breakfast is included and is good. Rooms are very clean. 15-20 min walk to restaurants and Las Olas beach. Would recommend. Great value for the perks you receive and being beachfront.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very accommodating, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere you needed to be. Plus, there were beach chairs and umbrellas free to use on the beach. Also, there was complimentary bottled water in the lobby!

Place was super clean. It’s a dated facility but kept up very nicely. My room was spotless. They do need to do some tho ha though to improve it. Things like chair height toilets, improve on shower water pressure, sinks draining properly are all needed. At least they were in my room. But I would stay here again as it is very clean and neat. And the location can’t be beat!!!
