I visited this property 10 years ago. It was old but well taken care of. This property in its current state should be removed from the Travelocity website. The suite that I rented was so dirty I was forced to clean the room. There was a cross on the door made by what I gather was a cigarette butt. There was a table with a broken leg and a couch that was soiled to the point where I would not sit on it. I won’t begin to talk about the bathroom. Luckily I have played hockey for 30 years and have showered in worse places. I was so disappointed with this room I went next door and immediately booked another hotel room. I have stayed at the hotel next store many times. I will never make the mistake of going for the cheaper price again. I was forced to stay one night in this room. I was beyond disappointed and embarrassed since I brought my partner on this trip. The management refused to immediately refund my money. I could tell the management was very use to these complaints.

The restaurants they advertise do not exist. The exterior doors are rusted and the interior bathroom doors don’t shut. The bathroom tiles are stained/moldy, the water is brown, the paint is peeling and the carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in thirty years. The only redeeming quality is I don’t think they had bedbugs. The beds were serviceable but not more. I found dirt under the duvet sheet after I had slept in it. I would never recommend this to anyone.

We checked in at 3pm only to check out by 7pm. The room they gave us was absolutely dirty and smelly. The bed sheets are full of stains and smelly. There are traces of vomit on the carpet and smear of feces on the wall. The room is no smoking. There’s a stench of mixture of smoke and weed. There’s a lot of molds on the ceiling and walls. It was hard to breathe inside. I tried to talk out my family to stay but they had to leave and walk around outside. I stayed behind because i was so tired and had to get some sleep. I laid on the bed fully clothed as don’t want to get anything in contact with my skin from the sheet. The family returned and we couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave. I understand the building is old compare to the other buildings around, but this building has not been well maintained and just neglected it. The front desk staffs are not happy working there as they seemed to be always agitated. The door card keys did not work the first time we got to the room and I had to get one the cleaning lady to open the door for us. A lot of guests had the same problem too with the card key. I think the keys doesn’t work because the lock that you swipe with the card are so rundown and rusted, and there’s a thick accumulation of dust all over the door lock. I think the business model they’re trying to run is to keep the operation cost very low but attract a lot of guests due to very low price they offer for the rooms and they don’t expect guests to return.

Please , I am so disappointed with this hotel everything is dirty the rooms,the sheet, and there is absolutely no WiFi. This was the worst vacation ever. I was at the front desk and all the workers were so rude to my daughter and I.

Beware!!! This hotel is not suitable for living at ALL! Ancient, outdated rooms without power outlets, literally no place to even plug your phone. Rooms havent been repaired or renovated for centuries. Bathroom is a separate horrifying story. Cockroaches, dirt, rust and totally disguisting shower, that we could not even use. Place needs to be shutdown and forced to be renovated. Do not stay there!!!
