This is a great place to stay! We loved the location, right on the channel, and walking distance to so many things, including the beach, the park, the Bonnet House Museum and gardens (this is a must see!), and many restaurants. We even had the super cool experience of seeing a few manatees swim by us in the channel one morning! The host was very attentive in responding to our needs, and also provided bottled water, as well as a filtered pitcher. The boardwalk along the channel and heated pool courtyard area were really clean and well maintained with lots of sitting and lounging chairs and tables. The little chairs and table on the front porch facing the pool were nice for morning coffee or tea. The washer and dryer were nice to have (be sure to bring or get quarters and pods).The only downfall was the construction across the channel, which took away from the otherwise peaceful and quiet ambience while sitting along the channel during the day, but everything else made up for it, and that really couldn’t be avoided. The barrier island and harbor are booming with new developments and upgrades, and seemed to have construction no matter where you stay along the channels!We would definitely try to stay here again if going to Ft. Lauderdale!
