This place is awesome! The staff was amazing especially Grace! She was so sweet & helpful when we checked in. Beautiful area & the kitchen is fully equipped & the bathroom was great with a huge shower, double sinks with a huge jetted tub in its own private area. I would highly recommend this place!

Had a problem getting into my room after 3 trips maintenance had to come up door was locked from the inside. Room was clean kitchen had plenty of amenities for a short stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub!! Main pool was closed and could use others but it was hard to find with no directions. Room was a little worn but overall very clean and nice.

They don’t informed you main pool was damage that have travel 1 mile down to other resort to used the pool this pool was main reason we stay here but over all all stay was wonderful the girl that give parking ticket was amazing her customer service was above and beyond we stay one more day we ask front desk any questions they look lost that the pool was my only to small issue be we end up becoming a member

The main reason with book place was do Main pool we got there told been fix for pass few months so they should info to cm when. Very clean rooms and property. Staff were very nice. The lady in the gift shop restaurant is so sweet and helpful with ideas to do around the area. Very fair pricing on her food as well. Rooms were spacious and very nice! I would book again if back in the area.

Dissapointed

We are very dissapointed with our stay. At first everything seemed fine til we found a lizzard in our livingroom. The weather was perfect to sit at the balcony, but it was super dirty with cigarrets ashes. Recepcionists had bad customer service stating that we would have to comunnicate with hotels.com and we had no succcess. Please see photos.
