Upon arrival, we found the home to be clean and adequately stocked with provisions, such as towels and cleaning supplies.The icemaker in the refrigerator was not operating. We brought to the hostâs attention and a service person was dispatched to the house. Unfortunately the icemaker needed to be replaced. The replacement unit was not available for installation until a few days before our departure so we supplied our own ice. The host contacted us a few days prior to our departure and asked if we would allow the service people to enter the home and install the replacement. We asked that it not be installed until we departed. . While the host acknowledged our request, it appears the service technician entered the home when we were not present and replaced the icemaker. This was very troubling.The heater for the pool was not operating upon our arrival. After an exchange of several messages, the host requested we inspect the circuit breakers. Apparently, there had been a power outage. The breakers had been tripped and once reset the heater functioned correctly. We appreciate the host crediting our account for the two days the pool heater did not function.Prior to our departure, the garbage disposal stopped working. We reported it to the host.The television in the front corner bedroom of the home has lost its contrast, making the screen difficult to view.While the host was very responsive to our inquiries, it does not appear the house was inspected prior to our oc
