Lovely Oceanfront Condo!

Perfect week

Have stayed in this building before, new to this unit. Very clean, exactly like photos. Excellent neighborhood-20 min walk to local restaurants. Next door to resort, restaurants there also. Very quiet. Pool heated. Highly recommend.

Nice condo, but go screenless

A condo being directly on the beach is exactly what I was wanting for our vacation. The view was beautiful! However, it was ruined by the stupid screen. You try and take a picture from the balcony of the amazing views and you can’t because the screen is in the way. You can’t poke your head out over the balcony and see up and down the coast because the screen is in the way. Such a shame.The beds were super comfy, the towels were super soft and they provided separate towels for the beach, which was really nice. And we used the beach chairs every day. That was a nice perk! We never visited the pool because it was super small. Having an in unit washer and dryer was also very helpful. The walk in shower in the master bath was awesome! However, without a door, the floor in front of the shower got pretty wet, even with the floor mat down, so that was a bummer. I feel that more toiletries should have been provided. The cost per night is high enough that shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash should be provided in ample supply. There were also no full length mirrors! I’m only 5’2”, and I wasn’t able to check myself in the mirror before going out any of the days. The mirrors were all way too high.Overall it’s a great condo and we enjoyed our stay, but had I realized how limited the view was going to be with the screen on the balcony, I would have booked elsewhere.

Lovely Ft. Myers Beach Condo with Perfect Sunset Views

We very much enjoyed our stay! Its was the perfect size for 2 couples, had a wonderful veranda for watching the sunset and provided direct access to the beach. We will stay again!

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Proximity to the Pink Shell resort is nice for the restaurants. Great sunsets to view on the screened in lanai.

Lovely condo; great location, need 2 changes

This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated, in mostly pristine condition. We visited October 2024 and Beach Villas is one of the three condo buildings on this end of the island that is open. This condo is next to Pink Shell Resort. Coastal Vacation Properties/owner provided kitchen supplies (sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap) as well as bathroom accessories , plus 4 rolls of quality toilet paper. (First time VRBO renters are always surprised with one roll of very cheap toilet paper.) Kitchen is well-equipped. There is even a Keurig! The TV in the living area is huge. The washer/dryer is a feature that is appreciated. We had significant difficulty with the almost-antique digital door lock. It almost always took several tries of entering the code; sometimes 10 tries. We are familiar with using digital door locks; this was not user error. The lock did not always easily lock from the outside when leaving. It would be helpful as a safety feature to add decals at eye level on the sliding glass doors. This is usually a standard feature in beach condos. My husband walked into the closed door, hit the front of his head, fell to the floor, and hit the back of his head on the tv stand. It would also be helpful to add decals at a child's level. Other than these two problems, it was a great condo that has been well cared for.

Beautiful stay

We so much enjoyed our stay for the week while we waited for our grand daughter to be born in area. Please note they are still working on beach and area from hurricane, it still was a great get away. The ocean view and access to the beach was perfect. The condo and rooms were spacious enough for my husband, my parents and myself. Fully stocked kitchen to cook, Keurig and regular coffee machine. We did bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. In quiet area of beach, with the public. Grocery stores are close enough to shop but far enough for peace. Trolley stops close by if you don’t want to walk down to main shopping/restaurant area but found it faster, depending on timing, to walk. Local shops are still in process of getting back together from Hurricane. Restaurants are great with friendly staff. First time in area and enjoyed every minute of the beach time. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Birthday Trip

Home was very clean and nice. Only feedback I have is that it says linens are included however there were no beach towels. Completely understand they do not have to provide them but it might be nice to know that specifically since it has such a great beach location. Thanks!

Beach trip with our Granddaughter and her friend

Our 12 YO granddaughter loves the beach and we wanted to take her and a friend for a Gulf beach trip. The condo was perfect...2 bdrms and 2 baths, giving the girls their own space. The condo is located next to a resort, so we took advantage of that to provide activities for the girls. The condo was very quiet yet clean and comfortable. We did however, reach out to the "host" before we arrived to ask about what kind of coffee pot was in the kitchen and what other "gear" was provided. (coffee, filters, beach towels, beach chairs, HBA, TP, etc) We got the answer that it was a drip coffee maker and nothing was provided. We ordered coffee filters with our groceries, we also brought beach towels, HBA, TP with us...pnly to find out that it was all provided. Beach access, elevator, pool and parking are all convenient. Location on the island is perfect.

Great Condo!

We just stayed at this condo for a 4 night stay and loved it!! Condo was clean, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Times Square. Would definitely stay here again!

Needed repairs

The carpet in the unit was very dirty, stained and torn in both bedrooms. It needs to be replaced. The refrigerator was rusty and needs replaced. Nightstand drawer in the master bedroom was missing a handle to open the drawer. Trash at the unit was not timely removed. Overall, we were disappointed at the condition and cleanliness of the unit. Silverware and glassware left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful condo and location

Beautiful property and location, would definitely stay again. Check in and checkout very easy. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. Our only complaint we had was there was one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and no others to be found. We happen to run into an employee who told us that they only supply each unit with one role in each bathroom and that we were responsible for purchasing. She was nice enough to give us an additional two rolls but you may want to think about supplying extra rolls. I know this is very minor but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall we loved it!

Great condo with a wonderful view!

Only things I can say negative about the place is they could provide us with more paper products and some basic cooking supplies. We had to buy dishwashing soap, laundry soap, garbage bags etc etc.
