We had an awesome 2 weeks at the house. It was perfect for 9 people. Plenty of room. Very clean. The location was perfect
. Just a few minute walk to the beach (the quieter part of the beach). We had an issue with the kitchen sink/garbage disposal which was handled immediately.. great communication. Very comfortable beds too! We all agreed, absolutely nothing to complain about.
Gorgeous sunsets every night.

Beautiful home , we enjoyed the private pool and close proximity to the beach . The only negative thing I have to say about the property was the steep stairs, the only way to get into the house . We were fine with it but it may affect someone else’s stay if they have older people in their group. We had excellent communication with the rental company. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The kitchen supplies were lacking a bit (like good pans and a simple spatula to flip things). Some things need to be repaired, like a 6’ piece of metal from the sliding door came flying off. A repair list was sent to the property management company. The trash had not been taken out when we arrived (4 full bins in the garage) and the stench was atrocious. The bins were covered in maggots. Thankfully, that was in the garage and does not reflect the living quarters’ cleanliness. Some attention to detail with the property is very needed.

Great location, uncrowded area of the beach

The house was very nice and had plenty of parking for beach day visitors. This area of FMB is quiet, which was great for my purposes. However, it is only a short ride to all the action if you want to change it up.

Visiting family in Ft. Myers

We booked this property several months in advance for a summer vacation. We have not had the best luck with the listing matching the actual property. However, we were happily surprised by how this property met the expectations of the photos. The house is placed in an excellent location within walking distance of the beach. We very much enjoyed the pool in the backyard and Roku tv for movie nights. There are several restaurants and businesses opening back up after the hurricane with many being 15-20 minutes away. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and ease of the vacation rental credit that came with booking the house. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would book again.

The home was beautiful and great location, however minor hiccups . - toilets we’re running on and off. -toaster was broken - pack n play was not in house after messaging a couple times prior to ensure it would be there . I had to call a couple of times to get it delivered. - had a early check in but couldn’t get into the house , had to call a couple times

Ft myers getaway

Loved the house and location but having the one entrance was frustrating. The empty huge garage is a great place to put a half bath so everyone is not tracking water thru the house. A fridge or game room would be an idea to for that garage space to make it easier to enjoy the lovely pool area.

Family and 10 Year Anniversary

Nice House and Good Location. Close to the Publix Grocery which is reasonably priced. You are away from the party but close to the action. Good for a family or group that doesn't want to be in a dive but still wants to enjoy the fun. Could ride a bike up to the North side of the island easily. There is only one road in an out of the island so you have to mind that traffic. Trolly or bikes can mitigate this. House was clean and had some nice amenities. Toaster, coffee pot, any kitchen utensil you might need. No salt pepper or any edible item. We did find plenty of detergent and toilet paper. Pool was clean, grill was spotless, furniture was nice. Everything was very clean. Only access to garage or back patio is from side stairs. Only access to Main upstairs house is from out door stair. Back yard neighbor AC runs constantly right next to pool. View behind pool is back yard neighbor's dated house and AC unit.

Fun trip

We had a fantastic stay! The house was as expected. There were some folding chairs / umbrellas in the garage below so unless you want the backpack chairs you won’t need to rent equipment! The house had all the cooking supplies but no spices or condiments at all. Super easy walk to the beach, takes about 5 minutes. We tried to stay at the pool all day but it gets pretty hot back there and the pool is very warm because of the sun,

Beautiful new 4 BR house with pool a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

The house is new and nicely appointed with new and comfortable furniture throughout. 4 BR's comfortably hosted 8 adults and a toddler. Beautiful pool is a great plus especially after a day at the beach. We had a great and relaxing beach vacation experience!

Perfect Stay

The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area perfect and the pool was perfect temperature. Having access to the garage is an added bonus. The location is great and south enough on the island where it isn’t as crazy busy on the roads. Really no complaints at all!

A Traffic nightmare

Terrible communication on what beach equipment was available. Did not find the chairs and umbrella until the day we left. Bedrooms and bathrooms extremely small. Traffic ruined the trip. It’s a nightmare. Will never be back to Ft. Meyer beach

Fantastic fabulous house just steps from beautiful sunny beach

This house and location exceeded all expectations! Beautiful spotless house with high end finishes and clean comfy beds and plush towels!! Loved all the special touches of fresh flowers and plenty of beach towels. On a quiet stretch of the island and it’s easy access to Publix and excellent seafood restaurants! The private pool was an extra bonus! Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy your coffee or wine or just listen to the birds!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home and great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was brand new and very clean. We enjoyed coming back and spending time in the heated pool after exploring the area. We had infants with us so we frequently used both the dishwasher and washing machine and we were impressed with the quality.

80th Birthday at The Beach

There were 9 people at my 80th birthday party at the beach. We loved the short walk to the beach and our first time to Fort Myers Beach was great. The house was very well equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and bedrooms were very comfortable. We have 3 negative comments one being due to the fact that I am handicapped and I could not use the pool because there were no hand rails on the steps into the pool; we believe there should be an additional refrigerator either in the garage or the outdoor seating area. We knew in advance that we had to walk upstairs but didn’t realize how steep and long the stairs would be.
